Baker Kit Pledge Manager and Late pledge/Pre- order launched! 11-15-17

Greetings Topper Nation!!!
It's that time! I am writing this from BGG Con in Dallas Texas where we have 30 Game Toppers set up that BGG Con has purchased for the hot games room! It's spectacular! If you are here, please come and introduce yourself to me.
Thank you all so kindly for your patience! Our product catalog and upgrade offerings were a complex setup in our pledge manager software. I must say that I am incredibly impressed with the power of Backerkit. (our Pledge manager software)
Our success manager, George and I have put in more hours than I can count hopefully getting this right. He has been great!!! We will be sending out a smoke test. This is a initial survey that is sent to about 5 percent of the backers for 24 hours so it there are any problems we can make adjustments before everyone has received their survey. If you receive this please complete as soon as possible. If you don't receive your survey in the next 2 days do not worry by the end of the week you should have it!

For your information...The Backerkit survey (Pledge Manager) will take into account your pledge level. Then it will ask you a set of very easy to follow questions as to if you would like to upgrade your pledge (Ex. form the Watson standard topper to Scotland Yard Package) or allow you to make any add on purchase you would like.
The software will allow you to modify your pledge level in the smaller green text right below the big "get started button" it says "switch your pledge level".
If you pledge at a lower level and want to upgrade to a package, this is the best way to do it, but you can go in and play around with add-ons and see the pricing and the switch back later to delete or add extras. It's pretty intuitive.
Because of all the extra due diligence and working with my high end packaging solution, many of the items in the add on section will have a much lower combined shipping costs compared to mailing out in individual packages as you will see when you place your selections. (Likewise it is good to keep in mind the bundles that are unlocks are the best values!)
Add on's and upgrade will most likely not be charged to your credit card until the middle of December.
You will receive a notification that we will be locking down the survey and you will have a chance to make changes before your cards are charged for any extras.
Due to the convention, my normal quick response may not be as good this week, however, I will endeavor to do my best. Backerkit has a complete support staff in place to help with any question you may have.

Lastly, we are allowing for late pledges (Don't worry Backer kit will allow me to sort these so these late backers will be fulfilled after all my Kickstarter backers get served first)
This will allow me to continue to offer this great product and reach more volume goals. If you know of anyone that wished they could have gotten in on our campaign or just found out about us, please help us share the word, it would would be greatly appreciated.
